Welcome! I’m a female in my mid 20’s who resides in the town of Scottsdale, AZ. First off I would like to say that I am most definitely nothing like most girls in this town as I don’t have fake blond hair (mine is red), I don’t go out every Friday night (would much rather stay home playing Guitar Hero) and – as you could probably tell from my Twilight Zone introduction – I’m a total nerd!
As a professional writer I spend much of my day attempting to construct faultless sentences full of spice and vigor – to attract the eye of countless marketing pawns who frequenting the universe we call the internet. So, I figured it was time to start my own blog where my writing can be my own – liberated and free. Free-er than Serenity and her crew drifting among the stars undetected by neither the Alliance nor Reavers! Free-er than Zefram Cochrane flying his Phoenix out of earth’s atmosphere! I named this the Daily Abstraction as I will be commenting about anything, anyone and any place that seems interesting at the time (hopefully daily, though I make no promises). Some fact, some opinion – some intelligent, some not so intelligent – and if you’re lucky, maybe even some sci-fi mumbo jumbo now and then. Don’t lie… you know you love it!
